Job Title: Research Assistant/Quality Control Specialist
Basic Functions:
Core members of R&D and production teams. Play a key role in product development and production control.
Required Education:
Bachelor or master degree in immunology, biochemistry, medicine or other related disciplines.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Ability to analyze, evaluate data to achieve a comprehensive understanding and draw conclusions.
Ability to complete commercial tasks on time.
Ability to implement operations in strict accordance with established technological processes.
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills.
Ability to learn new technologies, new methods.
Ability to adapt to different work environments.
The ability to organize resources and prioritize work.
Be able to apply standard computer software including MS office and image data analysis software.
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience：
Skills in the development of commercial immunodiagnostic test products: including ELISA, immunofluorescence antibody tests, and rapid immunochromatographic products.
Skills in immunochemical production: including preparation and analysis of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, antibody chemistry and nanoparticle conjugation techniques.
Experience working with infectious materials.
Experience working in a production environment and implementing GLP or GMP processes.
Clinical trial coordination: experience in experimental design, specification, and data evaluation.
Familiar with in vitro diagnostic product approval process and quality system.
Experience in protein reconstitution and purification.
Experience in cell and tissue culture.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Hands on complex and novel laboratory work to develop commercial rapid diagnostic products.
Use the acquired skills to independently plan, implement and carry out diagnostic product research projects.
Meet project milestones as scheduled.
Cooperate to develop and improve product quality inspection procedures.
Carry out product quality inspection and data processing according to quality system requirements, and analyze records.
Provide comprehensive data analysis and project progress summary that can meet the requirements of product verification.
Prepare reagents and instruments according to standard working procedures and production process; Ensure the normal use and maintenance of the instrument; Keep records of samples and spare parts according to the requirements of the quality system; Maintain detailed laboratory work records.
Responsible for writing and updating standard operating procedures and internal records.
Maintain a safe working environment and continuously improve the safety of the working environment and environmental protection.

Achieving established project milestones on time and within budget.
Assist in formulating, improving and maintaining product quality inspection standards according to quality system requirements.
Complete the quality inspection required for products and technological processes according to standard working procedures.
Cooperate with the product marketing team to solve users' difficult problems in product quality.
